"Pollinating Bee Fairy"

Thoughts:
The goal was to try painting at a larger scale than I usually do. So I used the 14x20 Arches block I had. I also wanted to experiment more with combining my 'traditional' approach to characters - draw and ink first, then color - with watercolors. The inspiration was the pollination of flowers by bees - who often collect pollen from the stamins, like my bee-fairy is doing.
