Comiku 95 is coming
November 8:02:33 PM Honest.
After that we're officially taking a sabbatical until after New Year's. It's been a hellishly busy couple months. Li is burned out. And I'm still recovering from the bloody dissertation.
What we'll be doing before we officially pick up the storyline again - we're going to be editing the comics already posted - cleaning up coloring errors, typos, scan problems, etc. We're going to be coloring selected comics (like the Tiffany Grant/Akiko the fangirl series and the ones depicting our Saiyuki Shakespeare skit), and finally greyscaling the ones that are currently in pure black and white. The couple comics that aren't inked (we hope you can't tell which ones they are) will get inked... Basically we're going to catch up and clean up before we start properly again.
You can help us by pointing out the typos if you find them. I'm horrible at spelling...

trust me i know how shit happens. kinda like i happen to be almost 32 weeks with child and DIDNT KNOW SHIT ABOUT IT. sorry to shout like that but i do know and i have just looked every week to see if you guys have been able to update yet. ill probly still look even after the baby in Jan. good luck and have fun dont over work and take care of yourselves. and Thanks for a great comic

I'll see what I can see for spelling errors. Then, I shall write the errors on the shell of a turtle and throw that turtle into the sun, that no one will ever know.

hmm, I sure hope that 96 goes up really soon. Otherwise, that sabbatical til after New Years will be a lot longer than I thought :P

November 1:01:44 PM This weekend, Comiku Girls will be at BakuretsuCon this weekend - as guests! Yes we are moving up in the world. If you're in Vermont this weekend, come on by. We'll be running a full battery of panels this weekend - including our Tea Ceremony Demonstration, Kimonos and Yukatas, Brush Painting, and Jrock panels. Jrock is a new panel for us, although we've done versions of the others at Connecticon and Anime Boston. In between we'll be hanging out in the Artist's Alley chatting, drawing, and selling our wares.
